Easter!

Yes, a little delayed, but I am finally getting to Easter weekend in Croatia.  We left Thursday night and set out for an 11 hour bus ride.  Unfortunately, there was a ton of traffic and it turned into a 13 almost 14 hours bus ride.  Since I am not able to sleep on buses, I was pretty tired.  With no time to rest, we hopped onto a boat to go to Brac, which was about a hour away.  We sailed along the water and it was really relaxing and fun.  Along the way, we saw dolphins and had an interesting meal with wine.  I say interesting because I ordered the fish, which was a whole fish, head and tail included.  I had to remove these parts of the fish and had to see them on the side of my dish the whole time I attempted to eat the meal.  I am not sure if I enjoyed that, but it was a good experience.  An experience that I DON'T want to experience again.

Brac
My meal... scary huh?
On the Island of Brac, we walked around and went to the beach.  I was brave enough to go in the water and I should have rethought it. It was extremely cold. But Brac was a small, pretty town, but there was not much else to do except lounge on the beach for a little.
The next day we went white water rafting, which was such a great outdoor experience. We were surrounded by tons of trees and plants that it made me feel as if I was in a rain forest. It was beautiful.  The best part of the rafting were the outfits...
These outfits were pretty attractive, let me tell ya! They were saggy in the butt and at the end of the day we all had the best tan lines!
The next day we went to the Krka National Forest, which was filled with amazing waterfalls.  Everywhere we looked we saw a new waterfall, tiny or big.  It was probably the most beautiful place I have been while studying abroad.
I wanna go back sometime soon in my life!
